In order
for
you
to maintain
a consistently
clear,
clean
swimming
pool,
you
need
to focus
your
efforts
toward
two
basic,
but
of high
importance,
areas;
maintaining
and
modifying
the
chemical
balance
of your
pool
water,
and
removing
unwanted
dirt
and
debris
from
your
swimming
pool.
A proper
chemical
balance
cannot
be maintained
simply
by adding
chemicals
on schedule.
Testing
the
pool
water
regularly
shows
you
what
and
how
much
to add.
Balance
is modified
by the
results
of the
tests.
Water
circulation
and
filtration
systems
are
depended
upon
to extract
unwanted
substances,
and
debris.
To promote
minimum
amounts
for
foreign
matter
in your
pool,
you
should
brush
and
vacuum
on a
schedule.
Also
clean
and
replace
filter
cartridge
( if
you
have
a cartridge
filter)
when
necessary.
A consistent
maintenance
schedule
should
be kept
to aid
in the
prevention
of all
pool
problems.
Prevention
is better
than
reaction,
and
much
less
of a
hassle
on yourself
and
your
wallet.
